A fine, 70% dark chocolate filled with boozy cherry brandy. In the first layer the brandy melts together with high quality marzipan and the second layer a delicious, light butter ganache.

High quality marzipan soaked in amaretto, on a layer of almond praline. Enrobed in dark/milk (high cocoa milk) chocolate with 60% cocoa content and a light sweetness of natural sugar.

A fruity-sweet, orange liqueur flavours a heavenly soft butter ganache, elevated with milk chocolate and homemade orange confit from preserved oranges. It’s coated in a high quality milk chocolate with 40% cocoa.

A delicious hazelnut praline made from roasted hazelnuts and pure cocoa butter enhanced with crunchy hazelnut brittle, Bourbon vanilla and cinnamon. Enrobed in a high quality, 70% dark chocolate. Completely vegan!

Chocolate Mousse, 70% Dark.
It’s a stroke of vegan genius: a dark chocolate mousse, wonderfully fluffy and chocolatey with a subtle hint of rum. The decadent mousse is made from a homemade cashew cream base. Enrobed within a dark chocolate with 70% cocoa. Delicious.

Cherry, 50% Milk Bar.
A fruity Amarena cherry filling with little chunks of steeped Amarena cherries. Enhanced with a cherry couverture, a little marzipan and genuine vanilla. Enrobed in a high cocoa milk chocolate with increased caramel and toffee notes.

Milk Chocolate Bar.
A fine chestnut puree, tender-melting almond praline, honey, Amaretto and a generous dash of rum combine to make a seductive filling, covered with a combination of homemade sweet chestnut couverture and milk chocolate with 40% cocoa content.

Hand Scooped Whisky, Caramel
& Pecan, Dark Chocolate Bar.
Inspired by the popular American pecan pie. A layer of delicious pecan praline enhanced with lots of little bits of pecan nuts caramelised in maple sugar. Underneath, a sweet whisky ganache created from a sweet caramel couverture and some Styrian whisky by David Gölles. Enrobed in 70% dark chocolate.
