Zotter, Hand Scooped, Whisky, Caramel & Pecan, Dark Chocolate Bar

Inspired by the popular American pecan pie. A layer of delicious pecan praline enhanced with lots of little bits of pecan nuts caramelised in maple sugar. Underneath, a sweet whisky ganache created from a sweet caramel couverture and some Styrian whisky by David Gölles. Enrobed in 70% dark chocolate.
