These three new couvertures join our range of Callebaut's high quality chocolate chips and decorations. Callebaut chocolate from Belgium is officially the world's largest chocolate manufacturer and by far the most popular chocolate brand for many chocolatiers and the food service industry as a whole.
Renowned for its consistency in flavour profile and easy workability from tempering to enrobing, Callebaut's chocolate is made from only 100% cocoa butter and Bourbon vanilla, whilst remaining extremely competitively priced, even in today's markets, when many other bulk chocolatiers are leaning towards including compound chocolates in their blends.
