New Craft Chocolate Bars.

Introducing six new, single-origin, chocolate bars from Pump Street Chocolate. Award winning, bean-to-bar chocolate from Suffolk, England.

Pump Street Chocolate began as an artisan bakery, with a passion for creating produce from the highest quality ingredients.

This passion led them to creating their very own bean-to-bar chocolates, using fairly traded cocoa from plantations around the World. The result is an impressive collection of single-estate chocolate bars of award winning quality with unique flavour profiles and characteristics developed in house.

We explore this new range of chocolate bars below, but before we do, we must mention their beautifully crafted Easter Egg range, made using the same fine flavour cocoas, and available to order online now.

Pump Street, Togo, Swiss 44% Milk Chocolate Bar.

We Say: "This award winning, higher cocoa, rich and creamy milk chocolate bar is created with cocoa beans from the women-run Kekeli Cooperative in Togo, West Africa and milk powder from Switzerland. Created from bean to bar in Suffolk, England."

Pump Street, Madagascar, 58% Milk Chocolate Bar.

We Say: "An award winning, high cocoa milk chocolate bar offering so much more cocoa flavour. Notes of caramel and treacle, complemented by the characteristic zesty finish of Madagascan beans from the revered Sambirano valley, used to create this bar."

Pump Street, Haiti, 60% Dark Milk Chocolate Bar.

We Say: "A 60% dark milk chocolate bar giving a rich cocoa intensity with creamy smoothness. With notes of golden honey and mellow spice. Made with single-origin cocoa beans from northern Haiti. Its bold, complex and creamy."

Pump Street, Madagascar, 72% Dark Chocolate Bar.

We Say: "An incredibly fruity, single estate, dark chocolate created exclusively with fine flavour cocoa from the revered Sambirano Valley in Madagascar. Notes of citrus mellowing into tropical fruits ending with balanced acidity."

Pump Street, Peru, 72% Dark Chocolate Bar.

We Say: "An award winning chocolate bar made exclusively from rare Peruvian white cacao, known as Piura Blanco, native to this region. An exceptionally fruity, single estate, dark chocolate with notes of bright lemon sherbet and blackberries, mellowing to toffee apple and almond."

Pump Street, Uganda, 78% Dark Chocolate Bar.

We Say: "A wonderfully complex, dark chocolate with a burst of juicy grape, unfolding into rich walnut, and finishes with a deep, indulgent taste of fudge brownie. Created exclusively using single origin cocoa grown in Western Uganda."

Pump Street, Ecuador, 85% Dark Chocolate Bar.

We Say: "A beautiful, higher cocoa dark chocolate with a flavour profile of black cherry, jasmine and toasted walnuts. A single estate dark chocolate using fine flavour cocoa from the Hacienda Victoria in Ecuador."
