Once you have completed your order you will first receive an Order Confirmation email from us and then once your order has been successfully despatched we again email an Order Despatched Confirmation to advise of this. This second email will include the unique tracking code and link for you to be able to track the status of your delivery.
If you have not received an Order Despatched Confirmation email from us please do let us know. It may be the case you have mistakenly provided an incorrect email address or your email programme may have filtered the email as spam. In any case we can provide you with this tracking reference on request.

Please note that If an order is placed after 4pm on a Friday your order will not be processed and despatched until the following working day and excluding UK bank holidays and our company holidays.
