Created solely from Chuncho, a rare and highland cocoa bean variety from Peru growing at between 400 and 1400 metres above sea level with a very fruity aroma. Notes of citrus, bananas, roses and mango.

This Peruvian chocolate bar is one to be savoured, offering an array of fruity aromas. I really enjoyed the fruity notes which made it more unique and due to where it was harvested in a specific location in Peru, this bar offers a fine flavour cocoa which has been transformed into a dark single origin chocolate bar.
