Pump Street, Rye Crumb, 60% Dark Milk Chocolate Bar

This award winning bar is a delicious combination of 100% rye loaf's crunchy crumb, a touch of Halen Môn sea salt, combined within a 60% Dark Milk chocolate from Ecuador, Hacienda Victoria. A creamy richness of the milk chocolate, allowing the nutty and acidic notes of the rye grain to shine through.

Pump Street Chocolate is a small British business creating real craft chocolate, made by hand, from bean to bar, using traditional methods, ethical sourcing and all natural ingredients. Originally an artisan bakery, Pump Street Chocolate is now also an award winning chocolate maker, located in the village of Orford on Suffolk's Heritage Coast.

Ingredients

Cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, rye sourdough breadcrumbs (6%) (rye, sea salt), sourdough breadcrumbs (wheat flour with added calcium, iron, niacin and thiamine, sea salt), Halen Môn sea salt (<1%). Dark milk chocolate contains minimum cocoa solids 60%.
