Chocolarder, Again, Rhubarb & Ginger, 50% Milk Chocolate Bar

A high cocoa milk chocolate bar using single origin cocoa from Ghana along with a perfect pairing of Rhubarb and Ginger. A bar of two halves, literally, as each combination sits side by side. Chocolarders 'Again' range was created to help tackle food waste.

Both the rhubarb and ginger that went into this bar were found through Wonki Collective, surplus ingredients from a cereal bar manufacturer destined for unnecessary food waste.
