I must admit to a small amount of trepidation ordering a milk chocolate bar with such a high cocoa content compared to the usual high street 'chocolate', but no worries. The sweetness of milk chocolate is still there, but what you do get is so much more cocoa flavours coming through in this luxury Mangaro chocolate, made from Madagascan cocoa. The tasting notes provided by Chocolate Trading are spot on.
