Mona Lisa - Barry Callebaut's new global chocolate decorations brand

Belgian chocolatier, Callebaut, have announced that their present range of chocolate decorations, including shavings and curls (blossoms) will be moved under their new Mona Lisa brand.

A spokesperson for Callebaut said that "the aim is to create a comprehensive decoration portfolio under one speciality brand".

To meet Barry Callebaut's sustainability objectives, all Mona Lisa products will be made with 100% sustainable cocoa and therefore, Cocoa Horizons certified.

New & re-branded chocolate decorations under the Mona Lisa brand will still feature the same great recipes as their previous non Mona Lisa counterparts, and Callebaut state that all physical and organoleptic properties will have been maintained.

There is no modification to the ingredient list or recipe.

The new branding "will enable you to find all your favourite products under one single brand, specifically dedicated to decorations".

Immediate branding changes to the range of Callebaut chocolate that Chocolate Trading Co stock include Dark Chocolate Shavings and Caramel Blossoms (curls).
