2 NEW Dark Chocolate Bars from Zotter

We're very pleased to introduce two new dark chocolate bars - Labooko Opus, 75% cocoa content (blended) dark chocolate bar, and Labooko Madagascar 100% cocoa content, single origin dark chocolate bar from Zotter.

Austrian chocolatiers, Zotter, produce an increasing range of single origin, blended, bean to bar chocolates. Utterly delicious, organic and Fairtrade, their Labooko single origin chocolate bars continue to win awards.

From humble beginnings in 1987, Zotter have established themselves as true innovators, continuing the tradition of Hand-Scooped bars, and opening organic farms alongside their own chocolate shops & factories.

Now Zotter have produced two new amazing dark chocolate bars, which are now available to buy online from Chocolate Trading Co.

Firstly, the Zotter, Labooko Opus. A 75% cocoa content, dark chocolate bar, created from a blend of rare cocoas from 6 countries: Ecuador, Ghana, Peru, Tanzania, Guatemala & Madagascar.

Fairtrade, organic chocolate with a flavour profile of almond and marzipan. Notes of sweet spice, caramel and wild berries & caramelised apples provide a rounded chocolate bar to savour.

The other new dark chocolate bar - Zotter's Labooko Madagascar 100% offers a completely different chocolate tasting experience. With its 100% cocoa content & zero sugar, this is a pure, bitter chocolate hit which provides natural flavours of Madagascan fruity, citrus cocoas.

Another Fairtrade and organic dark chocolate bar, with a wide flavour profile of wood notes, creamy coffee & intense berry-ness and lemon.
