Recipe Ingredients (serves 4)

Rasberry sauce:

  • 200g of raspberries
  • 50 ml of sugar syrup
  • Wash the raspberries with care, blend and put through a sieve. Then add the sugar syrup.


Boil the milk together with the dark chocolate, mix together and let cool. Put it all through a siphon

The dish:

Spray the chocolate foam into a (martini) cocktail glass and top with raspberry sauce
