Smoked carp caviar (yes actual caviar) with its rich, umami and salty notes, combined with white chocolate. Layered with a fruity red jelly made from strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries, and a layer of almond praline with caramelised Waldviertel blue poppy seeds.

Fishy tasting chocolate it certainly is not. Refined and perfectly balanced, flavoured gourmet chocolate, it certainly is! Fun though.
