Pump Street, Maple Pecan, 55% Milk Chocolate Bar

A high cocoa 55% milk chocolate bar, created with cocoa beans from Hacienda Victoria in Ecuador. A delicious combination of ground buttery shortcrust pastry, maple sugar and small pieces of pecans caramelised with maple sugar and demerara sugar.

Pump Street Chocolate is a small British business creating real craft chocolate, made by hand, from bean to bar, using traditional methods, ethical sourcing and all natural ingredients. Originally an artisan bakery, Pump Street Chocolate is now also an award winning chocolate maker, located in the village of Orford on Suffolk's Heritage Coast.

Cocoa beans, cane sugar, caramelised maple pecans (17.4%) (pecans (nuts), pure maple sugar, demerara sugar), cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, pastry (7.4%) (wheat flour with added calcium, iron, niacin and thiamine, unsalted butter (milk), eggs, icing sugar, salt). Milk chocolate contains minimum cocoa solids 55%.
