A wonderfully long lasting taste, slow to melt on the tongue. Perhaps a little too bitter for me, and I did prefer their 70% cocoa content bar slightly more for that reason, however, it was nice to try a selection of different chocolate bars from a real bean to bar chocolate maker and compare the differences.
