5Absolute perfection!

Originally not in stock when I went to order so chose the Brazil Origin instead. It was a very nice chocolate & just as easy to work with but missed the slight spicy finish you get with the Ecuador. Received my email saying the Ecuador was back in stock and ordered online straightaway.

5Absolute perfection!

A nice chocolate that I would buy again. Even when used in cookies, I had people comment that it was quality chocolate.
