Royal Mail Industrial Action disruption to our order dispatches - November 2022.

UPDATED 1ST NOVEMBER 2022!

Royal Mail Strike action on Saturday 12th November & Monday 14th November 2022. There will be no Royal Mail collections or deliveries on these dates.

Due to planned Industrial Action by Royal Mail, the following delivery options, available at checkout, may experience delays in the Royal Mail network on & around the following dates:

Saturday 12th November 2022.
Monday 14th November 2022.

Next Day (Special Guaranteed): Next Day service will take priority but is not guaranteed. 1pm time promise also suspended. (See Royal Mail update below).

Standard (Tracked 48): Typically 2-4 working days may incur extra days delay.

Super-Saver: Typically 3-5 working days may incur extra days delay.

First Class: Typically 1-3 working days may incur extra days delay.

Royal Mail have informed us that they have contingency plans in place to minimalize disruption to delivery services, but customers should expect "significant disruption" to all delivery services.

Delivery Offices and Customer Service Points will also be closed on days when strike action is taking place, so please do not try to collect or drop-off items on these dates.

The following Royal Mail operations may also be affected by separate strike action on the following dates:

Processing, Distribution, Admin: 15th, 24th November & 1st December 2022.

Delivery: 16th, 25th November & 2nd December 2022.

Network: 14th, 23rd & 30th November 2022.

DPD courier delivery services are unaffected, and where applicable, will also be offered to customers at checkout.
