New Hand-Scooped Chocolate Bars from Zotter

Austrian bean-to-bar chocolate maker, Zotter, famous for the their 'Hand-Scooped (hand filled) range of chocolate bars, have just added two new bars to their line-up, and we heartily recommend you try them.

Distinctive bar wrapper designs and Fairtrade & Organic, both bars echo the flavours of Summer.

Zotter, Hand Scooped, Raspberry, Dark Chocolate Bar.

A fruity-pink raspberry ganache, derived entirely from natural raspberries. Enveloped in a wafer-thin white chocolate layer and covered in fine dark chocolate with a 70% cocoa content.

Zotter, Hand Scooped, Strawberry, White Chocolate Bar.

A sweet white chocolate filled with a sublime, fragrant strawberry mousse made from a fruity mix of strawberries, strawberry couverture, blueberry couverture, pure cocoa butter and a happily tangy dash of lemon.
