Ecl1pse (yes that's the correct spelling) is a revolutionary milk chocolate couverture chips/callets/drops from Callebaut. A 51% cocoa content milk chocolate with only 1% added sugar (sucrose) and no artificial ingredients. Its darker, smoother and creamier than any other milk chocolate.

Ecl1pse has about twice the milk and cocoa content compared to regular milk chocolate, say Callebaut. The result is a darker, smoother and more intense milk chocolate.
