The Dubai chocolate sensation was created by Fix Dessert Chocolatier in Dubai, 2021, popularised in 2024 on Tik Tok, and has spawned many styles / varieties since.

This is by far the best quality we have experienced. True to the original and containing higher quality ingredients of crispy, golden knafeh pastry and crunchy pistachios, filled with rich gooey goodness, enrobed in a deliciously special, single origin, 41% Colombian milk chocolate.

Kadayif is a type of shredded filo strands, used in the cooking of many Middle Eastern pastries and desserts, including the Arabic knafeh and Turkey's tel kadayıf. It's also used as an ingredient in Dubai chocolate, which became internationally popular in 2024. Whilst its impossible to obtain the original Dubai chocolate bar in the UK, there are countless versions in many supermarkets and online, and with as much variation in quality.
