Created from a blend of Forastero cocoa beans from Africa. An 85% cocoa content chocolate bar with a lingering, bitter intensity.

The high cocoa content is reflected in the powerful, tannic notes.

Low acidity and fruit with high bitterness & roast, flavour profile. Suitable for vegetarians.

Valrhona Manjari, 64% Dark Chocolate Bar.

This single origin dark chocolate bar is very popular, being created from fine flavour Criollo and Trinitario cocoa beans from Madagascar.

Typical of this region, the Manjari has fruit notes in abundance. It won the 2010 Great Taste Awards.
