chocolate with little acidity.

and suitable for vegans.
Bonnat, Los
Colorados, 75% single origin dark chocolate bar.

floral notes. Crafted from rare forest cocoa, which is harvested by an
indigenous people – the Tsachilas Indians – from the Ecuadorian province of Santo
Domingo.

for vegans and soya free.
Bonnat, Morenita,
65% milk chocolate bar.
Another
award winning, high cocoa content, milk chocolate bar from Bonnat, ideally
suited to those preferring much less sugar. The cocoa used, from Mexico, produces
a very smooth, creamy chocolate bar with a floral finish.
The
Morenita is suitable for vegetarians and also soya free.
The Bonnat Family.
The Bonnat
family has been creating chocolates since 1884 from the town of Voiron in
France. It is the oldest family run chocolate company in France today. Very
little has changed since then, with the pioneering introduction of
single-origin chocolate bars in the early 1980’s.
