A layer of mascarpone enhanced with almond praline, white chocolate and real Bourbon vanilla above a strong coffee chocolate layer made from dark chocolate, and a dash of rum. Coated top and bottom with a wafer-thin coffee couverture and enrobed in a 50% milk chocolate.
