Zotter, Labooko Belize, Sail shipped cacao, 72% dark chocolate bar

A legendary Maya cacao is used by Zotter to create this single origin dark chocolate with a 72% cacao content. Surprisingly sweet and mild profile with, caramelised nuts, condensed milk, mild floral notes, blackberries, a grape hull and malt finish. Fairtrade and organic.

This Maya cacao spent more than two months travelling from Belize to Hamburg on the sailboat Avontuur, a completely emission-free journey.
