A gin containing white rum, junipers, blackcurrants, coriander, lemongrass and a bit of orange zest, infuses a dark chocolate ganache, combined with a refreshingly tangy lemon ganache created with a high-percentage milk chocolate (classed as dark/milk), lemons and a bitter lemonade with vermouth. Enveloped in dark milk chocolate with a 60% cocoa content.
