A high cocoa milk chocolate bar, sometimes referred to as dark/milk, with a robust 65% cocoa content and reduced sugar. Created with single origin cocoa grown in Mana, Philippines. It's thought that cocoa from the plantation arrived from Mexico almost 500 years ago, aboard Spanish ships.
Dark milk chocolate has become increasingly popular for its reduced sugar content and wider flavour profile due to the higher cocoa content. It provides depth of flavour, and more noticeable character from the origin of cocoa. This bar has tasting notes of treacle toffee with a natural sweetness from the cocoa variety used.
About Bonnat Chocolatier

Bonnat is the oldest family-run chocolate company in France today and is steeped in history and thrives on its family traditions and nostalgia. Bonnat has changed very little along the way compared to many brands but has continued to expand the Bonnat brand throughout the world. It was Raymond Bonnat who in the early 1980’s began the pioneering approach of making the single origin chocolate bars at Bonnat we see today. Many of these 'Grand Crus' have won prestigious awards around the world.
