Sharing the same Colombian origin cocoa as their new San Agustin dark chocolate bar, these new, San Agustin Chef's Drops are ideal for all types of chocolate work in the kitchen.
Whilst the San Agustin dark chocolate bar has a cocoa percentage of 88%, the Chef's Drops have a less bitter 70% cocoa content, making them appeal to a wider audience and perfect for baking, making & moulding use.
Created from Trinitario cocoa, grown in the Colombian Massifs foothills, San Agustin has great flavour and deep notes of cherries, plums and spice notes, which mingle with red fruits.
This single-origin, bean-to-bar chocolate from the Hacienda San Augustin, is ideal for making flavoursome hot drinking chocolate too.
Willie's Cacao San Agustin Chef's Drops are alcohol free, dairy free, soya lecithin free, wheat & gluten free and suitable for vegetarians, making them extremely suitable for consumers with a variety of dietary / allergen food restrictions.
Made with just Cocoa mass, raw cane sugar and cocoa butter, in their chocolate workshop in Devon.
