National Milk Chocolate Day is promoted in the USA as an
opportunity to try new chocolate and encourages people to get creative with
their cooking and baking. Also referred to as ‘Candy’ by Americans, but not to
be confused with compound chocolates.
Not as healthy as Dark chocolate, but our range of luxury
milk chocolate bars and cooking chocolates have no vegetable oils, artificial
additives or flavourings. Only pure cocoa butter and natural ingredients are
used, with some milk chocolate bars enjoying a particularly higher cocoa
percentage than your average milk chocolate, providing a creamy, long lasting
taste, packed with the flavours of the cocoa origin, without being
un-necessarily sweet.

With the official School Holidays nearly here, baking is a
great activity to do with the children, and it doesn’t have to be complicated.
Breakfast cereals mixed with good quality milk chocolate, and optional
