Varhona's Guanaja chocolate is created from a blend of Trinitario and Criollo cocoa beans from the island of Guanaja in the Caribbean. A powerful flavoured, robust chocolate with reduced acidic taste. A noticeably lingering chocolate taste with intensity and depth.
