A 75% dark chocolate bar from Pump Street Bakery with a rich and wide flavour profile beginning with sweet ripe fruits developing into a wonderful honeyed rum. Created from fine flavour cocoa from the Bachelor's Hall Estate on Jamaica, a 300 hectare plantation growing predominantly Trinitario but also Criollo and Forastero cocoa varieties.
