Chocolarder, Again, Orange Peel, 68% Dark Chocolate Bar

A marriage of orange peel and rainforest saving cocoa beans from the Gola Rainforest in Sierra Leone. What happens to the peel when you have squeezed all the juice out of an orange? It gets roasted, and freeze dried to make this incredible chocolate bar.
