About Charbonnel et Walker

Founded in 1875, Charbonnel et Walker is one of Britain’s earliest chocolatiers. Milk Sea Salt Caramel Truffles:Milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring), salted caramel filling (37%) (glucose syrup, sweetened condensed MILK, sugar, vegetable fat (coconut oil), sea salt (0.9%), butter oil (MILK), emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), thickener (pectin)), icing sugar, maize starch.

Milk Chocolate Truffles:Milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring), sugar, vegetable oil (sunflower, coconut), whole MILK powder, cocoa powder alkalized, skimmed MILK powder, lactose (MILK), cocoa butter, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), natural flavours, natural vanilla flavouring with other natural flavourings, Madagascan vanilla seeds.

Milk chocolate contains cocoa solids 33.5% minimum, milk solids 20.5% minimum.
