Royal Mail Industrial Action disruption to our order dispatches - Sept, Oct & Nov 2022.

Royal Mail Strike action on 30th September & 1st October 2022. There will be no Royal Mail collections or deliveries on these, and the other dates below!

Due to planned Industrial Action by Royal Mail, the following delivery options, available at checkout, may experience delays in the Royal Mail network on & around the following dates:

Friday 30th September & Saturday 1st October 2022.
Thursday 13th October 2022.
Thursday 20th October 2022.
Tuesday 25th October 2022.
Monday 28th November 2022.

Next Day (Special Guaranteed): Next Day service will take priority but is not guaranteed. 1pm time promise also suspended. (See Royal Mail update below).

Standard (Tracked 48): Typically 2-4 working days may incur extra days delay.

Super-Saver: Typically 3-5 working days may incur extra days delay.

First Class: Typically 1-3 working days may incur extra days delay.

Royal Mail have informed us that they have contingency plans in place to minimalize disruption to delivery services, but customers should expect "significant disruption" to all delivery services.

Delivery Offices and Customer Service Points will also be closed on days when strike action is taking place, so please do not try to collect or drop-off items on these dates.

The following Royal Mail operations may also be affected by separate strike action on the following dates:

Processing, Distribution, Admin: 3rd, 9th, 15th, 24th November & 1st December 2022.

Delivery: 4th, 10th, 16th, 25th November & 2nd December 2022.

Network: 2nd, 8th, 14th, 23rd & 30th November 2022.

DPD courier delivery services are unaffected, and where applicable, will also be offered to customers at checkout.
