Raspberry and Goyard Vieux Marc de Champagne truffles.
A delicate outer shell of Original Beans’ Edel Weiss 37%
cocoa content white chocolate, filled with an indulgent white chocolate ganache
centre, that’s as light as mousse.
Blissfully dissolving on the tongue, the chocolate truffle
centre, also made with Original Beans Edel Weiss white chocolate, has been
cleverly infused with high quality Goyard Vieux, Marc de Champagne - the French
version of Grappa (a grape based Italian brandy).
Made using only the purest and finest of ingredients
including double cream, butter, honey and a pinch of salt. To this gentle
alcohol infused ganache, is added a touch of fresh raspberry, which adds a
wonderfully tart edge to this sweetly seductive taste experience.
These hand-crafted truffles are so finely balanced, that
despite the indulgent flavours, they contain no harsh burn from the alcohol or
overly sweetened ingredients. They make an ideal chocolate gift for the
discerning chocoholic.
Presented in our new sophisticated chocolate gift box,
complete with gros grain ribbon and embossed wax seal, the Superior Selection,
Raspberry and Goyard Vieux Marc de Champagne, white chocolate truffles, are
available in gift boxes of 12 or 18 chocolates.
Due to the artisan nature of these superb
truffles, they are created in small batches and therefore, this particular white
chocolate truffle is a limited edition, available only at certain times of the year.
