Golden Tickets – Your questions answered.

"A branded chocolate bar containing a hidden golden ticket is a popular request and a great promotional tool. The golden ticket can be inserted into one or more chocolate bars and detail the winning prize and/or call to action with barcode or simple message. The golden ticket has a metallic gold finish which can be printed in a single colour for maximum effect".

Does every chocolate bar have to have a Golden Ticket?

Absolutely not. It’s your promotion. You can specify any number from a single chocolate bar to the full order quantity, to each contain a Golden Ticket.

Can I have different Golden Tickets in the same chocolate bar order?

Certainly. For example, you might want to include a split of ‘Winning’ and ‘Losing’ messages, or add different levels of prizes, depending on the ticket discovered by the lucky recipient.

I don’t like the idea of someone losing. Can you suggest an alternative?

There are lots of ways to engage your intended audience with a Golden Ticket. Perhaps a QR code to take them to your website or a free information resource. An invite to your event or exhibition stand etc.

Can you pack my branded chocolate bars containing tickets separately?

The choice is yours. We can include the Golden Tickets randomly as we hand wrap each & every chocolate bar, or as many customers prefer, where not every chocolate bar contains a ticket, pack them separately. For orders where there are multiple Golden Ticket designs, we can keep each design separate and label it with a ‘sample’ ticket, so you know which chocolate bar is which hidden underneath the outer personalised bare wrapper.

Handy if you’re attending more than one event with the same branded chocolate bars and want to ensure equal opportunities for finding a ticket at each venue etc. or want to stagger the release of chocolate bars containing tickets.

I have multiple offices. Can you send specific amounts to each office for me?

Not a problem. Just tell us the postal addresses and how many branded chocolate bars / how many Golden Ticket bars you want to send to each (as part of your overall order quantity), and we’re happy to quote for the deliveries and organise their packing & dispatch. We can send you a simple ‘drop-ship’ excel template to submit your recipients addresses on.

I want to send a single branded chocolate bar with or without a Golden Ticket to individual recipients. Can you help?

We can utilise our specially negotiated postage rates with Royal Mail and DPD to offer you the most cost-effective delivery solution for individual dispatches, including all the packaging, packing and hand-over to the courier service.

Single bars are ideal for ‘large-letter’ sending in a padded envelope. Want to include your own company flyer? We can receive your material or print ourselves and include with each & any dispatches you indicate.

You show examples of your 40g branded chocolate bar with a Golden Ticket. Is there a bigger chocolate bar available?

The 40g chocolate bar is very popular with our customers, but we do offer a larger 80g chocolate bar and a super-sized 150g chocolate bar. All of these chocolate bars can include a Golden Ticket.

What is the Gold Ticket printed on?

Our Golden Tickets are a premium, metallic sparkling, heavy gold card, digitally printed with your Golden Ticket design.

Due to the sparkling nature of the card, we recommend a single block/mono colour be used for the design.

Other card colours are also available including Silver Metallic, Red Metallic and Pink Metallic, if these suit your promotional or company theme better.

What about the quality of the Chocolate Bar itself?

Our branded chocolate bars are of the highest quality, all made with real milk (or dark) chocolate, using cocoa butter & natural vanilla rather than excessive vegetable oils and flavourings.

Our NEW 40g bars are made with a high 41% cocoa content of Colombian origin.

It may be a promotional give-away but it’s still got to promote your company’s reputation in the best possible way (as well as our own!).

Can I design my own Golden Ticket?

Our in-house design team have years of practical experience, designing chocolate bar wrappers and chocolate boxes for maximum impact, but we can also provide print templates for you to design your ticket / tickets onto, as well as the outer chocolate bar wrapper.

Sounds great but I’m going to have to order thousands of bars?

It might surprise you to learn that our minimum order quantity for branded chocolate bars (40g upwards) is just 100x Chocolate bars, with or without a Golden Ticket!
