Created from a blend of meticulously sourced fine flavour cocoa, this 72% cocoa content, dark chocolate bar has great length of flavour.

Full of real chocolate flavours & notes without one over-shadowing the other - neither too tart nor fruity. Just a great depth of character.

Low acidity, medium bitterness, slightly lower fruit and higher roast flavour profile. Made with a crafted blend of Forastero & Trinitario cocoa varieties.

This exceptional dark chocolate bar is also soya lecithin free.

Michel Cluizel Noir aux Ecorces D'orange Dark Chocolate Bar.

Selected for their slight acidity, fragrant Spanish oranges have been skilfully combined with Michel Cluizel's 60% dark chocolate.

Velvety smooth dark chocolate with the naturally refreshing oranges combine, in a chocolate bar noted for the purity of its ingredients.

Soya lecithin free, and made from Forastero cocoa variety, this naturally orange flavoured chocolate bar has a low acidity & bitterness with a medium fruit & roast profile.
