A world first for Valrhona!
Valrhona claim to have created a new type of chocolate. Not milk, dark or white, but 'Blond' chocolate.
The new Dulcey bar is a 32% cocoa content chocolate with particularly sweet, biscuit, fudge and malted flavours, unlike any other chocolate - although one foodie magazine described it as 'sophisticated Caramac', however unlike Caramac it does contain cocoa. Also the oatmeal colour is quite unique.
Whilst Valrhona categorise this new chocolate bar as a new chocolate type we are at this time grouping it within our milk chocolate category for the purpose of consistency in style and taste.

I really did enjoy this chocolate bar. It was very nice and had strong caramel taste well balanced not to sweet or sickly in any way. Although this did leave me in doubt whether or not I could tell the difference between this and the caramac bars that it resembles. Would I get this again yeee you bet i would just getting some more now.
