Description
Strawberry pink chocolate curls
Strawberry pink curls for the decoration of cakes, cupcakes, desserts and ice cream toppings. Economically packed, available in 100g, 250g and 500g bags.
Guide: A 500g bag of chocolate curls covers a 12'' cake approximately.
These pink chocolate curls are created from pink coloured white chocolate* with a natural flavouring of strawberry.
Our pink chocolate chips are ideal to use with these pink chocolate curls.
Chocolate curls are one of the simplest forms of cake decoration and particularly useful when used in conjunction with chocolate cigarellos which are placed around the side of the cake. Any left over chocolate curls can be used for topping desserts, ice cream and cappucino.
* These chocolate curls are technically not classed as chocolate due to a lower cocoa content but generally regarded as such, as a white chocolate flavoured with natural strawberry flavour.

My order of Strawberry (pink) chocolate curls was a great way to top off the decoration on a simple sponge cake I made for a recent family garden party. Real chocolate too! Tasted so much better than the 'pretend' chocolate decorations you find on the high street, and the strawberry colour went perfectly with the milk chocolate cigarellos I used to decorate the edge around the outside of the cake.
All arrived expertly packed and well protected, given the few rather warm days we've had recently. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Chocolate Trading to my friends and family when they're next in a cake baking mood.
