Royal Mail's consumer app update.

Royal Mail state that 3 out of every 4 online shoppers, wish their deliveries were tracked.

Here at Chocolate Trading Co, we offer a number of delivery options, including those with tracking, based on the individual order weight and size of your online chocolate order.

You'll always be offered a 'tracked' or 'tracked & signature required' service, but depending on the weight / value of your chocolate order, you may also be offered additional Royal Mail delivery options like '1st Class' and 'Super-Saver'.

With the Royal Mail app on your smartphone or tablet, you can enter (& save for future tracking) your parcel tracking reference, book a re-delivery or see a picture of the delivery signature.

And if you're sending a luxury chocolate selection box or chocolate gift hamper to someone directly, then you can track the delivery progress and receive notifications when its been delivered.
