UPDATE!

Planned Order Dispatch Delays, 15th to 20th July 2022 due to UK weather forecast.

Due to the extreme high temperatures forecast, we are taking the following precautions to avoid serious damage to our order dispatches. (Orders placed by 4pm).

• Friday 15th July: Only Saturday / Next Day delivery option orders will be dispatched.
• Monday 18th July: No order dispatches.
• Tuesday 19th July: No order dispatches.*
• Wednesday 20th July: All delivery options & order dispatches resume.

Example: Orders placed after 4pm Friday 15th, even selecting the Next Day delivery option, will now, not be dispatched until Wednesday 20th July, making the earliest delivery Thursday 21st July.

Thank you for your kind understanding in this matter. Orders will be processed for packing as normal, utilising our usual Summer precautions of over-sized packing outers, and copious amounts of our 100% bio-degradable loose-filler. Some packages may be lined with (non bio-degradable) polystyrene sheet for extra protection.

*We have updated our Order Dispatch Delays following the latest weather forecast for Stockport & Stoke (our two main courier collection depots), which shows their Tuesday evening temperatures to be in excess of 29 degrees, to avoid any unnecessary damage to orders placed, and extended our no-dispatches period to include Tuesday 20th July.
