Swedish based Malmo Chokladfabrik are renowned for their award winning chocolate bars.

Nut free, Gluten free, Soy free, and many organic chocolate bars, Malmo specialise in producing superior flavour, single origin and fine blend chocolate.

Their Sambirano Madagascar 70% dark chocolate bar is a fine example of their use of organic ingredients. The Sambirano Valley is renowned for producing some of the finest Trintario cocoa in the World, from which this particular bar is made.

The flavour profile is one of tart yellow fruits, balanced with dried fruit such as raisin. This fruit burst is followed by a robust cocoa flavour, with a great length of taste.

We say: Little bitterness, despite the 70% cocoa content, with low roast, medium acidity and high fruit notes. Organic, soya free chocolate that everyone will enjoy.
