Originally launched in Shanghai in 2017, it was nearly a year before Callebaut's newest, 'Fourth Chocolate', was available to buy in the UK.

As one of the first UK stockists, working closely with Callebaut, we developed an exclusive range of smaller weight bags, specifically for the home / hobbyist and small bakers and cake makers who were put off by the only available 10kg bag size.

Now Callebaut have introduced a smaller 2.5kg bag size, in keeping with the other chocolate couvertures in their range. Our smaller, exclusive bag sizes continue to be very popular with our customers, both here in the UK and abroad.
