A 73% dark chocolate ganache using single origin cocoa from Dominican Republic, with a flavour profile of fruits, including apricot and peach, married with a layer of natural lemon marmalade.

A 70% dark chocolate ganache using single origin cocoa from Brazil, with a flavour profile of dried fruit and berries with bitter-sweet notes, spice, married with a layer of natural raspberry marmalade.
