MAROU CHOCOLATE
Marou is the first artisan chocolate maker to be based in Vietnam, working closely with farmers and co-operatives their chocolate is created solely from fine flavour, Trinitario cocoa beans and from bean to bar. The same cocoa from 'Cacao' first introduced to Vietnam by the French in the late 19th century. In fact, Marou chocolate was founded by two Frenchmen, Samuel Maruta and Vincent Mourou. Marou chocolate is crafted in Saigon and using purely Vietnamese ingredients of the highest quality. Their range of chocolate bars are of superior quality and amongst the best tasting bean to bar chocolates available.
