These Amandes au Chaudron are the finest caramelised almonds by Michel Cluizel made in the traditional way, roasted over an open flame in copper cauldrens with caramelised cane sugar. Enrobed in a fine dark chocolate.

A beautifully sweet toasted flavour makes these almonds so very special. And of course the pure ingredients Michel Cluizel uses to create them, such as cane sugar and Bourbon vanilla.
