This is possibly the most unique chocolate dessert we have experienced and such a talking point it just has to go down as one of my highlights. Owner and chef Heston Blumenthal is often described as a culinary alchemist and he explained that chocolate and caviar have the same flavour compound so, initially you taste the salt and sweet but later they blend together into one singular taste.
