Really good flavour, but the texture is too smooth in a way, making it almost waxy.

My favourite chocolate bar ever. Its smoothness seems to balance the bitterness, and the cocoa-butter actually leaves a joyful sweetness as it melts on the palate.
Chocolate with added sugar now simply tastes sickly to me.

I love this bar so much, I could eat the whole thing at once. How Pralus can make a 100% bar taste sweet is nothing short of a miracle. I am a sucker for the high roast that Pralus favours and this bar epitomizes it's excellence as a chocolate maker. My favourite chocolate bar!!
