Made with single origin dark chocolate from Madagascar, these easy-melt cooking chocolate drops take their name from the Sambirano Valley, in the North West of Madagascar, where the cocoa used is grown.

Bursting with notes of Summer fruits, so typical of Madagascan cocoa, this 71% (cocoa content) dark chocolate couverture is suitable for all types of chocolate work; from making chocolate truffles to cake baking and decorating chocolate desserts, as used by top chefs.
