This small catalogue has been a long time coming as we have always provided tasting notes, along with the chocolate bars origins and variety of cocoa used, on our website as an informative guide for customers when choosing which chocolate to buy. A printed copy containing all the chocolate bars in our collection however is much handier to keep and customers are even able to score the chocolate bars they taste and keep a log for future reference.
