The Great Taste Awards 2010 have just announced we are winners... twice in fact. We have received awards for both our single origin, dark chocolate bars, Venezuela Noir and Madagascar Noir.

Venezuela Noir, 72% dark chocolate bar

Initial aromas of balsamic and plum. On tasting, notes of red fruits and blackcurrant. Buttery smooth texture with great length in taste. Created from Trinitario cocoa.

Madagascar Noir, 64% dark chocolate bar

Caramel and treacle aroma. Flavours widen to a fruity dark chocolate with slight acidity. A very refined and well-balanced chocolate with a perfect finish. Created from Trinitario cocoa.
